To file an insurance claim directly through ShipStation, you must have added Shipsurance to the shipment before creating the label.
If you selected Carrier Insurance as the insurance provider, you will need to file claims directly through the carrier specific insurance portals, which are linked below.
ShipSurance is currently only available for shipments originating the United States and Canada. ShipSurance is not available for AU-based shippers.
