Laser or Inkjet Printers
If you have a laser or inkjet printer, you’ll want to use A4 paper with roughly 210mm × 148mm shipping labels, such as the 2 Labels per sheet option offered by onlinelabels.com.au. Your local office supply store should also carry these labels, and you may be able to receive them for free from various shipping carriers.
You can also find them at these locations (in addition to many more outlets):
There is also another company that created an integrated shipping label specifically for ShipStation when printing via PDF. Check out the "Peel out! Shipping Label Sheets for ShipStation."
Thermal Label Printers
If you do a lot of shipping, we recommend purchasing a thermal printer capable of printing 4"x6" labels. This will save you money over the longterm since thermal printers do not require ink. Check the printer specification for each printer's label requirements at the manufacturer's website.
*NOTE: DYMO printers require DYMO branded labels, due to their self-calibration capabilities.
