Each ShipStation plan level, with the exception of our Enterprise plan, is limited to a certain number of shipments per monthly billing cycle.
Shipments include shipments, returns, and fulfillments*. You can view each of these in your Shipments tab under their individual sections in the left hand sidebar.
*Fulfillments include orders sent to FBA or Shipwire, as well as orders that are Marked as Shipped in ShipStation.
Your shipment limit will reset when your new billing cycle starts, not based on the calendar month. For example, if you are billed on the 10th of every month, your shipments from the 10th of last month to the 9th of this month are the ones that count towards your monthly allowance.
It's easy to find out the date associated with your billing cycle.
Head to your Account Settings (the wrench icon in the upper right).
Next, select Account Settings and then Subscription from the sidebar on the left.
In the "Current Subscription" section, you'll see your shipment limit and the date of your next invoice. Your billing cycle will reset at some point on the day of your next invoice.
If you ever need to find how many shipments you've made in your billing cycle, visit the Shipments tab and view your Shipment records. Set up a filter for the date range of your billing cycle.
In the bottom right corner, you'll see the total number of shipments you have for that time period.
Remember: fulfillment requests and return labels also count toward your shipment allotment (but voided labels do not). Depending on your business process, this number is typically low or negligible on a per month basis, but if you use these features frequently, please remember to take them into account.
