You're able to adjust your time zone in ShipStation to improve reporting accuracy and timing for certain ShipStation features, like your Shipping Cutoff setting.
Note: You will need to be logged in with Administration permission to adjust this account-wide setting.
Head to your Account Settings (the wrench icon in the upper right).
Next, select Account and then Display Options from the sidebar on the left.
Click the Time and Units section, then click on the Time Zone dropdown, and select the appropriate option from the list.
Save Changes and you'll be ready!
Your orders should now import into ShipStation with the correct timestamps, and your reports should include the correct orders when you filter by date range.
