To locate your contact information in UPS, first log into your UPS account.
In the top righthand corner of the screen, click your username and select Addresses from the dropdown.
Under My Addresses, click Edit beside your billing address.
The information that appears will need to be entered into the connection modal for UPS in your account.
As for the Title (AKA Role), head to the UPS Billing Center via View & Pay Bill, also from your Username dropdown.
Now, click UPS Billing Center on the page that appears.
Hover over Administration and click Manage Users and it will be the info placed in the Role column.
The final step is to enter your most recent Invoice's information on the final page of the popup modal. Head back to your UPS Billing Center and hover over the Invoice header tab and click on the hyperlink to your most recent invoice:
Once you enter this information in, click Connect and your UPS account will be linked!
