ShipStation's mobile app is a streamlined version of our web app that allows you to use our most essential features on the go!
For example, perhaps you've made a sale at a convention and need to send the label to the crew back at the warehouse.
1. On your smart device, bring up an order and create a label for it.
Once you generate a label for the order, a printing prompt will appear.
2. Select the option you wish to use.
NOTE: If you select ShipStation Connect, ShipStation Connect will need to be set up on the printer workstation you want to print to. Check out this article to see how to configure ShipStation Connect so you can print to another workstation.
A list of printers available on your printer workstation(s) will appear.
3. Select the printer you want the label to print to and ShipStation Mobile will send the label to that printer via ShipStation Connect!
Send via Email
An option that is unique to the Mobile App is the Send via Email option. Select this to send the label via email to anyone you like.
Then you'll get to send it to whomever needs the label!
