First, be sure to review Jet.com's Product Listing Guide before listing your products on Jet.com.
Product listings must be managed in ShipStation using ShipStation's Products and Inventory management tools. Any new products or modified products must then be uploaded to Jet.com. This article assumes you have either imported your product records or uploaded them from Jet into ShipStation already, configured your inventory settings, and set your stock counts for your product records.
ShipStation uploads the following fields to Jet.com

ShipStation automatically syncs your ShipStation product records and inventory counts with Jet at regular intervals. However, you can also manually sync your products and inventory.
- Go to Settings > Selling Channel > Store Setup and click Edit next to your Jet store.
- Go to the Jet tab.
- Click Trigger Manual Sync
Editing Product Details
Once you've connected Jet.com, a Jet tab will appear in the Product Details window for each of your product records.
This tab contains the Price, Multi-Pack Quantity, Brand, and Jet Category fields.
When you edit an individual product record in this window, ShipStation will automatically send the update to Jet after you click the Save Changes button, as long as the product contains all of the required fields.
The Jet Category field supports Type Ahead Search. Just start typing into the field, and ShipStation will auto-populate Jet Categories that match the search value.
Below are explanations of each Upload Status.
Jet Product Upload Statuses
- SKU Upload Failed
ShipStation attempted to upload to Jet because the product had values in all the required fields, but the process failed.
- Under Jet Review
ShipStation uploaded to Jet successfully, and Jet is reviewing the product.
- Available for Purchase
ShipStation uploaded to Jet successfully, and Jet has made your item available for purchase.
IMPORTANT: ShipStation only uploads Standalone product types. Variants are not yet supported. The product type is listed in the upper right corner (red rectangle) of the Product Details window.
