Jet.com requires the acknowledgment of orders that are awarded to sellers within 15 minutes of the order being placed.
Every 15 minutes, ShipStation automatically runs the order-import process for your stores connected to Jet.com, on your behalf.
NOTE: This feature is unique to ShipStation's Jet.com integration.
ShipStation acknowledges and imports the orders if you have available stock for the order items within your ShipStation Inventory Warehouse(s) that are linked to your Jet.com Fulfillment Node(s).
If you do not have available stock for the order in your ShipStation Inventory Warehouse, ShipStation will acknowledge and reject the order. It will be awarded then to a different Jet.com seller.
NOTE: Jet.com orders should not be combined or split in ShipStation. Combining or splitting a Jet.com order will prevent ShipStation from being able to successfully update Jet.com with shipment information.
