Jet.com is a unique marketplace in that it doesn't allow you to process orders/ track orders within its interface. By default, ShipStation will track your Jet.com inventory within ShipStation using our Native Inventory Solution. However, ShipStation is all about making your shipping process as efficient for you as possible, so if you already have an established Inventory Management Solution, you can create a separate connection to ShipStation from Jet.com, and ShipStation will exclusively be the label-management software for your Jet.com orders! (Any other selling channel integrations you have connected to ShipStation will not be impacted by this setting being enabled/disabled).
If you would like to use ShipStation and you've verified that you have everything set up properly and in place, contact ShipStation Support and we'll turn on a backend setting that will auto-accept your Jet.com orders.
Note: This setting will prevent ShipStation from uploading any product or inventory data to Jet.com.
