Ferrari Group specializes in shipping jewelry, fine art, and luxury goods worldwide. They offer logistic solutions to manage high-value merchandise in several platforms worldwide, with reserved vault spaces and protected warehousing that includes inventory services, assembling services, packing services. Shipments go through Ferrari’s own fleet of armored and non-armored vehicles, to ensure maximum reliability, speed, and safety.

To connect your Ferrari Group account to ShipStation:

Your Carriers Add-on
Certain plans will require enabling the Your Carriers add-on before you can connect your carrier accounts. If you have not yet enabled it, you'll be prompted to do so before you can connect your accounts.

Select the Ferrari Group tile and click Connect.

Enter your Ferrari Group Client ID and Client Secret / Password, and choose an Account Nickname for you to identify the carrier account in ShipStation.

Click Connect.

The ShipStation integration with Ferrari Group does not support third-party billing.

Update Order: Ferrari Group supports order updates (correct address, reference number etc.) but ShipStation does not support this method.

Ferrari Group does not support multi-package shipping.

Carrier Insurance: Please confirm with Ferrari Group about availability for insurance coverage, as they do not support this feature for all locations.
