ShipStation supports DHL Global Mail domestic and international services differently. For information on how to ship via DHL eCommerce internationally, see this article.
If you don't yet have a DHL eCommerce account, fill out this form to get started on opening an account and adding it to ShipStation.
|If you'd like to use DHL Global Mail to ship domestically, you must first contact Endicia at 800-576-3279 to link your DHL eCommerce (formerly Global Mail) account to your Endicia account.|
*DHL eCommerce is currently only available to US-based ShipStation accounts.
Add Endicia and Enable DHL Consolidated Services
After you have contacted Endicia and connected your DHL eCommerce account, head to your Account Settings (the wrench icon in the upper right).
Next, select Shipping and then Carriers & Fulfillment from the sidebar on the left.
Click on the Edit link for your Endicia account. You'll see a window like the one below:
*If you don't currently have Endicia connected to ShipStation, reach out to ShipStation Support so we can enable your account to use Endicia services.
Check the box next to Enable support for domestic consolidation services such as DHL eCommerce and OSM.
Click Confirm, and that's it! You've now enabled DHL eCommerce for domestic shipments via your Endicia account.
To use DHL eCommerce on domestic packages, scroll through your Service options and select a DHL GM services grouped under the Endicia heading (or USPS heading if you have your view set to Carrier).
