How do I add DHL eCommerce for international services to my account?

ShipStation supports DHL eCommerce domestic and international services differently. If you'd like to use DHL eCommerce to ship internationally, please contact your DHL eCommerce representative to connect your account to ShipStation.

If you don't yet have a DHL eCommerce account, fill out this form to get started on opening an account and adding it to ShipStation.

Once you've registered your DHL eCommerce account with ShipStation, simply choose a DHL eCommerce service for your international orders to begin shipping. Please note that ShipStation is not able to get rates when DHL eCommerce services are selected, due to limitations in their API.
