What do I need to do if DHL says my mail is on hold?

If you have received a notice from DHL Global Mail that says "Mail on HOLD at DHL Global Mail" this means you have not electronically transmitted the daily manifest for your DHL shipments.

To electronically transmit your daily manifest, go to the Shipments tab in ShipStation and look up the shipments by tracking number to determine when they were shipped. Then, click on the End of Day Forms section of the left sidebar, select the appropriate date, and electronically transmit the manifest for that day to DHL Global Mail. Please note that when the shipments are manifested, the Ship Date on the Shipments page will update to reflect the date the manifest was submitted.
