ShipStation offers the ability to generate a Canada Post shipping manifest directly within the app, in the Shipments > End of Day screen.
To print a Canada Post shipping manifest for your volume-based commercial account, please follow the instructions in this short video:
Additional Information
- Canada Post requires all Commercial Account holders to submit a manifest. If a contract customer doesn't close out a shipment day by creating a manifest, Canada Post may bill for & transmit the shipments on the customer's behalf. To avoid any additional charges, and to ensure Canada Post can readily accept your shipments, the best practice is to submit your manifest at the end of each shipping day and print a copy to include with your shipments.
- ShipStation automatically creates separate manifests when closing out shipments that use different Ship From Location.
- Only shipments for the present date's ship date can be included on an individual shipping manifest.
- Shipping manifests are not required when using a Solutions for Small Business Account (Formerly Venture One).
