If you need to ship multiple orders in the same shipment, ShipStation allows you to Combine Orders so you can ship both orders at the same time.
|If you are using ShipStation V3, check out our article Combine Shipments, which goes over the V3 equivalent to the Combine Orders action.|
If you would like to merge two or more orders into one order, select the desired orders from the Orders tab that you would like to merge. Then, click Other Actions followed by Combine Orders...
Drag the order(s) that you want to combine into the surviving order...
That's it! Now, these orders will act like one order on the Orders tab. We will still send back tracking information and status updates back to your marketplaces for both orders.
PLEASE NOTE: While you can combine orders for any marketplace in ShipStation, not all selling channels support the shipment update we send over after an order has been combined. At this time, orders combined in ShipStation for OpenSky, SellerActive, or TradeGecko will not successfully receive shipment notifications, so the orders will not update correctly on the selling channel. In these instances, you will need to manually update the selling channel with your shipment information.
Also, do not merge orders from certain selling channels, such as Amazon. This causes the shipment notification to not transmit back properly and unless you manually update the order's status, the order will not update.
