Filters are reuseable, or single use, searches that will display orders based only on the criteria that you select.
ShipStation has a Filter bar along the top of the Orders tab, under the Actions bar.
Select the criteria for the types of orders you want to display with this saved filter. As you keep adding criteria, please note that each part will all need to be fulfilled for the filter to pick up the order. Because of this, we recommend that you keep the number of criteria smaller rather than more in-depth.
When you’re ready to get rid of the filter view, just hit Clear.
You can save this filtered view in two places. You can save this by hitting the "Save Current Filter.." button under the Saved dropdown. This creates a saved filter search that you can access under the same Saved dropdown.
You can also manage your filters under your Account Settings.
Head to your Account Settings (the gear icon in the upper right).
Next, select Automation and then Order Filters from the sidebar on the left.
You can use these filters as a base for your Automation Rules.
Back on the Orders tab, you can also save filters as an Order view. These are views you can access any time on the sidebar, and will take into account your current filters, column choices, and groups. You can save up to 5 under each status.
