To change the payment method, address, and email address associated with your ShipStation subscription (and Shipsurance charges) follow the steps below:
1. Go to your Account Settings (the wrench icon in the upper right).
2. Select Account Settings and then Subscription from the left-hand sidebar.
3. Scroll down to the Billing Information section. Click Change Billing Information and change any information as necessary.
4. Click Save on the popup when you're done!
If you wish to change the information associated with your Stamps.com account, log in here to change it.
- Billing information in ShipStation is only tied to ShipStation and Shipsurance fees.
- Any billing issue with your carriers will need to be resolved with the carrier.
