On the Orders page, you may have noticed a popover that shows a 12-month history when you hover over the Recipient’s name. This article provides instruction about how to enable or disable the Customer History Popover.
NOTE: This is a user-specific setting that will not apply to any other user on the ShipStation account.
Disble the Customer History Pop-over on Hover
1. Go to your Account Settings (the wrench icon in the upper right).
2. Select Account, and then Display Options from the left-hand sidebar.
3. Click the Orders tab and find Customer History pop-over on hover.
4. Select Hide and click on Save Changes.
Voila! No more popover! If you change your mind later, you can always go back and adjust the setting to Show on the Display Options screen.
