ShipStation can print directly to any thermal or regular desktop printer with ShipStation Connect. ShipStation Connect is a downloadable program (for Windows and Mac) that directly connects your local printer and scale to our application, and can share those devices to other users on your ShipStation account.
To share a printer, head to the Connect settings page, and click the Shared button beside the printer that will will be printed to. (For more information on printing from one workstation to another shared printer on your ShipStation account, check out this article.)
When you're ready to print a document in ShipStation, you're able to choose a default method of printing that will save for your current user and browser. If you ever want to override this and print via a different method at any time, you can click and hold the print button to bring up the menu below.
