ShipStation sends the Order Status, Tracking Number, and Shipping Service to your selling channel or marketplace when a label is generated.*
Note: The default behavior for ShipStation is to send the notification as soon as the label is created. However, you can also tell ShipStation to delay the notification based on certain criteria, like when a specified amount of time has passed. These options are available in Settings > Selling Channel > Store Setup and can be configured on a per-store basis.
*This occurs for all marketplaces except PayPal. Currently, PayPal does not allow us to update shipping information.
