How do I connect my store to ShipStation?

To connect your (formerly store to your ShipStation account, just follow the steps below.

Head to your Account Settings (the gear icon in the upper right).

Next, select Selling Channels and then Store Setup from the sidebar on the left.

Then, click on the Connect a Store or Marketplace button. 

Search for or find and select Jane from the list of logos.

Here, enter your e-mail address and password. Make sure to click Test Connection to double-check the information.

Now, you just need to fill in the appropriate information for your Jane store, including its name, phone #, website, your communication templates, and how you'd like your products imported.

As soon as you've filled out all that information, your Jane store will be fully added and your orders will begin to import.
