To check if you have a logo uploaded, simply click on Selling Channels in the Account Settings section and edit the store for which you wish to have its logo printed on the label. near the top, you'll see the logo that you have currently uploaded.
For proportion purposes, we recommend using a logo that is approximately 300 pixels wide. As far as your logo's height, square logos should also be 300 pixels high, but long rectangular logos might only be 75 to 100 pixels high. Your logo will be resized by our system in order to meet carrier requirements. For more about logo size and quality, please refer to this article.
If there is no logo, you may upload one by finding the file on your hard drive here.
Now, your labels will have a small picture of your logo printed on them whenever a carrier/service supports it!
