Need to ship an order in the "Awaiting Payment" status? You can use the Mark as Paid action to move the order to "Awaiting Shipment" so that you can ship it normally.
Simply find the order under "Awaiting Payment," select it, and click Mark as Paid in the action bar to get started.
You'll need to enter a Paid Date value for the order, and can optionally set the Amount Paid and Shipping Paid as well. In addition, you can add a note which will appear in the Order Activity log.
If you end up shipping the order, ShipStation can let the original selling channel know the shipment information, but you may need to update the payment status in the original selling channel separately.
