Can I ship an order marked as "Awaiting Payment" in ShipStation?

Need to ship an order in the "Awaiting Payment" status? You can use our “Mark as Paid” feature to move the order to "Awaiting Shipment" so that you can ship it normally.

Simply find the order under "Awaiting Payment," select it, and click Mark as Paid in the action bar to get started.

If you end up shipping the order, ShipStation can let the original selling channel know the shipment information, but you may need to update the payment status in the original selling channel separately.
