Once you create a label in ShipStation, a shipment record is created in the Shipments tab which includes a clickable link for that shipment's tracking information.
To find this, click on the Shipments tab and locate the Tracking # column in the Shipments grid. Clicking on the tracking number will open a new tab and take you to the carrier's tracking page for this shipment. However, you can track the shipment to its location right within the app as well!
Find the orders for which you want tracking information, and then click on the Track Shipments button. The Track Shipments button is the only way to pull available tracking information into ShipStation, but you won't even need to click this button for certain carrier and service combinations.
When en route, a plane icon will display to the left of the tracking number and when hovered over, will display the parcel's current stage of delivery.
Once the package is delivered, the plane will change into a checkmark.

The services below send tracking status updates to ShipStation automatically every few hours. This means that you won't need to click the Track Shipments button unless you want ShipStation to manually pull the latest information. Additionally, you'll be able to set up Delayed Shipment Notifications based on when the shipment first hits the mailstream, or even customer emails when a Delivered status is detected on a shipment. If a carrier or service is not listed, then you won't be able to delay notifications based on mail stream activity.

It is not possible to update Ontrac or DHL Express tracking statuses. Shipments made with these services will remain in the Recent shipments tab.
