The Order Details section contains information about when the order was imported, when it shipped, and more. However, each entry on this record is only stored for 60 days.
IMPORTANT: If you know that you'll want to access specific information about an order's activity beyond 60 days, please make note of that activity in the order's original marketplace.
Access the Order Activity Section in the Order Details
Access the Order Activity section in the Order Details pop-up either via the Orders or Shipments tab.
1. Go to the Orders tab in the toolbar.

Go to the Shipments tab in the toolbar.
2. Choose the Order Status from the left-hand sidebar (e.g. Awaiting Payment, On Hold, Awaiting Shipment, etc.).

3. Select an order and click on the Order # to open its Order Details pop-up (applies to both methods).
4. Notice the Order Activity section at the bottom of the Order Details pop-up (you may have to scroll down).
