You're able to adjust your time zone in ShipStation to improve reporting accuracy and timing for certain ShipStation features, like your Shipping Cutoff setting.
You will need the Administration permission to adjust the account-wide setting. If you've got that.
Head to your Account Settings (the gear icon in the upper right).
Next, select Account and then Display Options from the sidebar on the left.
Scroll down to the "Time & Date" section, look for the "Time Zone" setting, and select the appropriate option from the list.
Save Changes and you'll be ready!
Your orders should now import into ShipStation with the correct timestamps, and your reports should include the correct orders when you filter by date range.
