Why are some of my products missing in ShipStation?

If products are not being created when orders are imported, there could be a few reasons:
 
•    Each store in ShipStation is setup to identify unique products by SKU or by product title. If this setting is configured to SKU and incoming order items have a blank or missing SKU, a product will not be created.



•    Each store can also be configured to NOT import products.



•    Check to make sure there is not an "inactive" product with the same SKU or title as the item in question.



Outside of settings in ShipStation, some selling channels may have settings for products that cause them to not import, such as digital-only products. One example of this is Shopify, who has a setting for “Require a shipping address” for product variants. If this is not checked, the product will not import into ShipStation.
