ShipStation receives the following order information for your Reverb.com orders:
- Order Date
- Order Status (unpaid, paid, fulfilled, etc.)
- Last Modified Date on the order
- Order Total
- Shipping Amount
- Product SKU
- Product Name
- Product Images
- Product Quantity
- Product Price
- Bill To Name
- Ship To Name
- Ship To Address: Address line 1 & 2, City, State, Postal Code, Country, Phone
Once shipped, ShipStation will update your Reverb marketplace with those orders' tracking numbers, carrier information, and change the order to a Fulfilled status.
Reverb will always notify the user when an item has been shipped. You may choose to also send an email from ShipStation with the shipment confirmation or you can turn this off in ShipStation to have only Reverb alert the customer.
