Occasionally a package may be returned by the carrier due to insufficient postage. This can happen if your marketplace has incorrect weights associated with products purchased by customers, which are then imported into ShipStaion, or if an error is made when entering the weight while preparing the shipping label.
Unfortunately, ShipStation does not have a way to print additional stand-alone postage that can be added to the package.
In order to correct these shipments, you would need to void the original label. Then, you would simply correct the weight and re-ship the order, printing a new shipping label that correctly captures the true package weight.
