To link your Purolator Business account to ShipStation, you will need to generate an Activation Key within Purolator, then add your Purolator account to ShipStation's Carriers & Fulfillment settings.
If you don't yet have a Purolator account (or a Business-level account with Purolator), head here and select Open a Purolator Business Account. If you already have a Purolator Business account, move on to the next step.
Generate Activation Key from Purolator
Visit the Purolator E-Ship Resource Centre and click Register. On the registration form, select the option I want an Activation Key to set up Purolator shipping with my online store" under Web services profile.
Fill in the profile form information.
After agreeing to the E-Ship Terms and Conditions, click Submit registration.
Clicking Submit registration will send a confirmation email to the email address entered in your profile. Click the link sent in the confirmation email to login.
Follow the steps below to obtain an activation key:
In the Which e-commerce platform is your online store using? dropdown, select ShipStation.
Next, verify that you are the account holder or primary contact person for this Purolator Business account and submit the form.
Once your form is submitted, your Purolator Activation key will appear.
Now that you've received your Activation Key from Purolator, let's get it connected to ShipStation!
Add Purolator account to ShipStation
Head to your Account Settings (the gear icon in the upper right).
Next, select Shipping and then Carriers & Fulfillment from the sidebar on the left.
From here, select Purolator from the Add A Provider Account popup.
On the Purolator popup that appears, fill in your Account Number and Activation Key.
Click Connect and you'll be able to use Purolator to create labels in ShipStation!
