If you have an active DHL Express account, connecting it to ShipStation is simple!
For ShipStation accounts in the U.S., Canada, or Australia, make sure you have your DHL account number handy and follow the first set of instructions. For UK ShipStation account, scroll to the UK section below.
U.S., Canada, and Australia Accounts
Go to Settings (the Wrench icon in the upper right).
Next, select Shipping and then Carriers & Fulfillment from the sidebar on the left.
Click the DHL Express International tile.
On the next page, fill in your DHL Express account number, choose a nickname for the account, and click Connect.
Congratulations! You can now start shipping using DHL Express!
Before adding a DHL Express account to a UK based ShipStation account, you must first contact your DHL Express account manager and request a SiteID and Password.
Once you have received these credentials, go to Settings > Shipping > Carriers & Fulfillment and choose the DHL Express International tile, as shown above.
Enter your account number, SiteID, and Password into the corresponding fields:
You can now start shipping with DHL Express!
Note: ShipStation does not include a Dangerous Goods shipping option for DHL Express at this time.
Create a new DHL Express Account
- U.S. ShipStation account holders who would like to apply for a new DHL Express account and do not have a Stamps.com account connected to ShipStation, can do so on ShipStation's DHL Express Sign-up Page.
- Non-U.S. ShipStation account holders who would like to apply for a new DHL Express account should reach out directly to DHL.
