While you can view a sample email or sample Branded Tracking Page template, there certainly come times when you need to be able to see your customers' emails as they do. Blind copying is also a good way to verify if a customer is receiving the shipment notification from your ShipStation account or if the emails are being sent to a spam folder, etc. Or, you may just want to see a sample email without the product Zubaz on it!
In any case, this can be easily accomplished by heading to your store settings.
Head to your Account Settings (the wrench icon in the upper right).
Next, select Selling Channels and then Store Setup from the sidebar on the left.
Then click Edit for the store you'd like to blind copy your emails onto.
Then, head to the Notifications tab and enter your email address into the Blind Copy on Shipment and Delivery Email field.
Then, once the email notification is sent, you'll be able to view the email in your inbox!
