A big part of ShipStation is being able to view all of your orders in one place. And while Amazon won't allow ShipStation to receive Amazon-fulfilled Prime Orders, we want you to be able get reports on these FBA fulfillments alongside your merchant fulfilled orders.
Once the fulfillment request is received by Amazon, the fulfilled orders will import into ShipStation. And you will be able to view them in the Shipped and Pending Fulfillment section of the orders page, depending on their status. (Don't worry, these FBA orders will not be able to be fulfilled through ShipStation. So, there is no risk of double shipping.) To set this up, follow the steps below!
Head to your Account Settings (the gear icon in the upper right).
Next, select Selling Channels and then Store Setup from the sidebar on the left.
Now, locate the desired Amazon Store's settings and click Edit.
On the page that appears, click the checkbox for Import FBA Orders. (Note: Any of these FBA orders that import will count towards your account plan's shipping volume.)
Once you click Save Changes, any new Amazon-Fulfilled orders will import!
