Mobile: Create a Return

Explains how to create a return label from ShipStation mobile.

The return process can be started from ShipStation mobile, if necessary.

  1. Tap on a Shipment to open the Shipment Details.

  2. Tap the Create a Return button at the top of the Shipment Details screen.

  3. Fill out the form details for the return and tap Get Rate to create the return label.

  4. Select a Printing option from the print menu or choose to send as an email.
