How to add a Jane store to ShipStation, what features are available, and other need-to-know details.
IMPORTANT: Jane.com closed their website and app on Nov. 17, 2023. Any account previously connected to ShipStation will retain their Jane.com order history and data.
Jane.com (formerly VeryJane.com) is a multi-channel ecommerce boutique for women. ShipStation sends tracking information upon label creation, updates shipping statuses back to your Jane account, and imports your customer's product information right back to you.
Complete a Seller Application for an account on Jane's website if you haven't already set one up!
Connection Requirements:

An active seller account with Jane.

Order Import Requirements:

Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Social Security Number (SSN)

Shipping dispatch within 48 hours of order placement

To connect your Jane store to ShipStation:

Select the Jane tile.

Enter your Jane Username or Email and Password.
After you've completed the connection steps, your store will be connected to ShipStation. You'll be taken to the store's Settings page to adjust the store-specific settings like branding, notification preferences, and product handling.

ShipStation cannot send email notifications for Jane orders. All customer notifications will be handled by Jane.

ShipStation uses the Sub Order Number from Jane, which is specific to the portion of the customer's total order that you need to ship. This may not match the Order Number that your customer receives when they checkout from Jane.
