Stripe Relay was launched in September 2015, to make mobile commerce easier for buyers and sellers by offering an API for online retailers that improves the order checkout process in third-party mobile apps. ShipStation will import your Stripe Relay orders so you can create shipping labels, and update Stripe Relay with the shipment information.
An active account with Stripe Relay.
Order Import Requirements:
Include a Ship To address.
Contain at least one physical product.
Follow the steps below to connect your Stripe Relay store to ShipStation:
If you're connecting multiple Stripe Relay stores to ShipStation, we recommend you log out of any active Stripe Relay sessions before connecting the accounts.
Select the Stripe Relay tile.
Login to your Stripe account by clicking the Sign in link in the top right corner of the page. If you were already logged in to Stripe, this step will be skipped.
Click Allow to grant ShipStation access to Stripe.
After you've completed the above steps, your store will be connected to ShipStation. You'll be taken to the store's Settings page to adjust the store-specific settings like branding, notification preferences, and product handling.

This integration is specific to Orders from Stripe Relay, and will not import Payments made using Stripe's standard payment processor. See Stripe's Order Guide for details on setting up Stripe Relay for orders.
