Once you have a store connected to ShipStation, you can begin importing orders. Follow the steps below to start your first import:
Once you have connected your store, you can import orders using the import icon, located in the top right of your toolbar.
To import orders from all connected stores, click Update All Stores.
To import orders from an individual store, click the refresh icon next to the store's name.
Once the import has completed, ShipStation will pop-up a notification to let you know. It may take a few minutes for the import to complete depending on the volume of orders from the stores.
