Yes. In most cases, any negotiated rates you have with your carrier will automatically appear as the rate in ShipStation.
For FedEx accounts with negotiated rates, the rates will appear only after you have created your first label in ShipStation.
For UPS accounts, you must enable negotiated rates in ShipStation first. Go to
Settings > Shipping > Carriers & Fulfillment. Click Settings and then check the Enable Negotiated Rates option. Then, click Confirm.
ShipStation users have access to various discounts for postage and insurance through ShipStation's partners.

The most common reasons you would see different rates in ShipStation are because:
There is a mismatch between shipment details on ShipStation and your carrier's web portal.
You have not enabled negotiated rates in ShipStation.
(UPS only) You have a different pickup type set in ShipStation than for your UPS account.
You may have different Ship To or Ship From addresses on the carrier site than what is entered into ShipStation.
You must manually select the Residential Address option on both FedEx.com and UPS.com to see the proper residential delivery rate. Additionally, for FedEx in ShipStation you must select FedEx Home Delivery to view the residential delivery rate.*
*Note: the residential/commercial marker in ShipStation is determined by the Stamps.com address database, and may not reflect the same determination made by UPS or FedEx.
Shipment details such as package weight, dimensions and package type are marked differently on the carrier's site than in ShipStation. FedEx and UPS use Dimensional Weight, so be sure you include the correct dimensions in both ShipStation and the carrier websites.
Order Confirmation is set to Delivery in ShipStation, which is an additional $2 fee, instead of the free Online Confirmation.
The negotiated rates option must be checked in the UPS setup window in
Settings > Shipping > Carriers & Fulfillment.
If you have not yet configured ShipStation to pull your negotiated rates from UPS, ShipStation will display the standard rates. Keep in mind that in this case, regardless of the rate displayed by ShipStation, UPS will invoice you the rate you have agreed upon.
There is no option in ShipStation to enable negotiated rates. However, if your FedEx rep has enabled discounted rates on your FedEx account, you will then need to create a label in ShipStation first, before the new rates will populate.
Available Pickup Types in your UPS settings in ShipStation:
Daily Pickup: Must be enabled for UPS Negotiated Rates. Also, if you signed up for UPS through eBay's savings program, you get Daily Pickup rates.
Occasional Pickup: Gives you Retail Rates (more information provided on the UPS on-call pickup page).

If you are still unable to identify the cause, please open a support case and include a screenshot of the full rate calculation on UPS.com or FedEx.com, as well as the correlating order number in ShipStation so our team to investigate the issue.
ShipStation does not currently send rates to your selling channel for your customers to select on checkout. ShipStation received the orders only after the check out is complete. Many selling channels offer plug-ins you can connect your carrier accounts to that will display live rates to your customers at checkout. If you connect the same carriers to your selling channels as you connect to ShipStation, the live rates provided should be very similar.
At this time, ShipStation does not send live rates to your selling channels for your customers to select at checkout. Most selling channels provide access to plug-ins so you can provide live rates from your carrier account to your customers during the checkout process. You will need to contact your selling channel for details.
If you are shipping internationally with DHL Express via ShipStation Carrier Services and use Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce as your selling channel, you do have the option to provide live rates to your customers that align very closely to the rates you pay through ShipStation.
