ShipStation does not have a product kit or bundle feature for product records. However, certain selling channel platforms can send product kits or bundles to ShipStation so they display the bundle within the order details.
If your selling channel platform does not do this automatically, you must configure it on the selling channel side. In come cases (for example, WooCommerce), you'll need to install an additional plug-in for this ability. For more details, contact your selling channel support team.
Yes! In fact, ShipStation has two options for inventory.
Internal: ShipStation has an internal Inventory solution, so you can update and track your stock levels directly in ShipStation as you ship.
External: If you are already using an external inventory management solution, ShipStation integrates directly with several of them so you can view your stock counts on your orders in ShipStation before shipping them.
No. ShipStation's internal inventory solution does not send inventory counts to any platform outside of ShipStation. It's purpose is to maintain inventory directly in ShipStation as you ship your orders.
