DHL eCommerce is an economical consolidation service focused on ecommerce delivery solutions. ShipStation's direct integration with DHL eCommerce allows users to create international shipping labels destined for any country in DHL's extensive delivery network.
To connect your DHL eCommerce account to ShipStation, follow the steps below:

Contact your DHL account representative and request the following information:
DHL eCommerce Account Number
DHL eCommerce Pickup Number
A list of services available for your account
After you've obtained the above information, login to your ShipStation account.
Select the DHL eCommerce tile and click Connect.
Enter your DHL eCommerce Account Number, Pickup Number, FTP Username, and FTP Password, and choose an Account Nickname which you'll use to identify the carrier account in ShipStation.
Select the DHL eCommerce services your account is approved for.
Go to the Orders tab and create a manual order for each DHL eCommerce service your account is approved for.
Create shipping labels for the orders, using a different DHL eCommerce service each time.
Go to the Shipping tab and create an End of Day form for the DHL eCommerce test shipments.
