The view, search, sort, and filter options available for shipments work in the same way as they do for orders. Once shipments have been created, no matter the status, you can view and manage the shipments directly in the Shipments tab.
The left-hand sidebar displays the various shipment statuses your shipments can be in. To view all shipments in a specific status, select that status from the sidebar and the shipments will load in the Shipments grid.
By default, ShipStation displays the shipments in the Complete status with a shipDate within the last 14 days, and shipments in the In Transit, Delivered, and Delivery Exceptions status within the last 30 days.
Use the Quicksearch field to quickly search for shipments based on Recipient Name, Shipment Number, Order Number, or other criteria.
The Quicksearch field relies on a starts with search parameter, meaning the results of the search are items that start with the search value.
The number boxes next to the order statuses indicate how many items match the search criteria in that status. Click the status to view those results.
Be sure to set and apply the time frame for your search in the Ship Date filter dropdown.
Use the column headers to sort shipments according to criteria like Order Date, Ship Date, Recipient Name, Service Type, or other shipment information.
Click the column header to sort in either ascending or descending order.
If you do not see a column you'd like to view:
Click the Column button to the right of the filter bar.
Select the columns you'd like to display in the Shipments grid, and deselect any you do not wish to see.
Click Save Columns.
Scroll to the right to see the columns. Then, click and drag to arrange them in your desired sequence. See the GIF below for a demonstration.
Filters allow you to view shipments that match only your selected criteria, like Destination, Tag, Carrier, Service, and many others. Combining filters is a powerful way to quickly view shipments you need to prioritize or give special attention to.
To apply a filter:
Click the filter you wish to apply.
Select the criteria you wish to filter by and set the criteria and any applicable qualifiers.
ShipStation automatically adds these filters to a Custom View.
The image below shows how the Custom View will appear - in a tab above the filter bar - and how the selected filters will appear in the view (outlined in red).
To remove a single filter, click the filter and choose Remove.
To remove all filters, click Clear Filters (to the right of the filter bar).
To Save and Rename this view for future use, click the Click to Save link in the Custom View tab. Then, type the name you wish to use for the view in the View Name field and click Save View.
Use the same process to rename the view, but choose the Overwrite an existing saved view option instead.
Review the Create Custom View section for details.

ShipStation automatically adds a Custom View above the filter menus with a number indicating how many orders match that filter.
Add or remove grid columns by clicking the Columns button (top-right of the screen) and selecting or deselecting columns from the list.
Drag and drop the column headers to change the column sequence.

You can now select the saved view at any time to view only the orders that match your criteria. Saved views are available to all users on your ShipStation account.
To switch between views, simply click the view you'd like to see. The filters active in that view will display in the filter bar.
Click the view you wish to edit.
Hover your mouse over the saved filter's title and click the pencil icon to edit the view name.
Type the new name into the View Name field and click Save View when finished.
