Quickstart Import Orders

Explains how to import your orders from a connected store.

Help Getting Started

If you need assistance with automation in ShipStation, we offer both professional services and self-paced training options.

  • Our Professional Services team can provide both consultation and implementation services to help you configure the automation that is right for your business right away.

Fill out the form on our Services page and select the Implementation Services option. Our Pro Services team will contact you right away.

  • If learning by doing is more your style, take the ShipStation University Intro to ShipStation course. The lesson videos will show you how to navigate ShipStation, connect stores and carrier accounts, import orders, configure your shipments, and create your labels!

Now that you have connected a store, you are ready to import orders.

Orders ready to ship will import into ShipStation's Awaiting Shipment status.

Go to the Orders tab to view them and start working!

Next, you'll set your shipping options.

Other Order Import Methods

You can also import orders from a CSV file or via the ShipStation API, as well as manually create individual orders within ShipStation.
