If you have multiple ShipStation accounts, ShipStation allows you to use a single instance of ShipStation Connect on your printer workstation no matter which account you print from.
To activate additional accounts in ShipStation Connect:

Open ShipStation Connect on your printer workstation.

Log in with the credentials from one of your accounts.
Skip this step if ShipStation Connect opens to the Connection tab:

Press Control = on your keyboard.
ShipStation will show you the login screen again.

Enter your other ShipStation account credentials and click Login.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each additional ShipStation account.
If you log into one ShipStation account and do not see the list of workstations and printers in Settings > Printing > ShipStation Connect after following the steps above, the accounts are likely hosted on different server environments.
Follow the steps below to correct this:

Open ShipStation Connect on your printer workstation.
If you are logged in, click Logout to get to the login screen.

Press CTRL + H (or Control H) on your keyboard.
The Host field should appear.

Open your web browser and log in to the ShipStation account.

Copy the portion of the URL shipXX.shipstation.com (where XX is the environment) and paste it into the Host: field.
Host Drop-down Menu
If the Host option is a drop-down menu, locate the number designation for the account's server environment in the URL just after the word "ship". Then, select the correct environment from the Host menu.

Enter the credentials for that account if you have not done so, then click Login.
You should now see the workstations and printers under Settings > Printing > ShipStation Connect for both ShipStation accounts.
