Additional Details about the Sendle Integration

  • Sendle does not guarantee the No Authority to Leave/Signature on Delivery confirmation type.

  • By default, Sendle shipments do not have a confirmation type selected.

  • There may be a slight delay in label creation. It can take 5-10 seconds for Sendle to return a label file.

  • For shipments originating from the US, Sendle includes up to $150 in insurance coverage with each shipment. Additional insurance from Sendle cannot be added.

  • International Pickups require you to show your ID for the first three pickups. See Sendle's International Parcel Pickups Explained for more details.

  • Sendle shipments created in ShipStation must follow Sendle's shipment policies. See their What Can't I Sendle? article for more information on restricted items.
