We put in a new store, and when we ship multiple line items of the same order, this is not communicated back to Magento 1.9. It'll show one line item as being shipped, but not the others and hence the order won't close automatically. Necessitating that we close the order manually. This doesn't happen with our other stores. The tracking number does come across to Magento and emails are processed and sent from ShipStation relevant to the order.Thank you for your assistance.
