I was getting emails from Amazon almost once a day to sell on Prime from home (I have a good record). I asked ShipStation about it and they say I can't use ShipStation fully with Prime. To ShipStation's credit they didn't give an opinion, even though I asked.
At first, my product doesn't show under Prime. I eventually realize I have to change the shipping template. I don't really understand them, don't want to spend the time (after all Amazon was hounding me to do it, saying I'd make more money). So I pick Nationwide Prime.
I get an order from California. My product is $29. The shipping is $23. THANKS AMAZON! I contact them and they say they don't control the shipping provider and then a long document of stuff, again, I'm not going to spend the time reading all the fine print. I tell them their computer system should know that doesn't make sense for me.
So I quit Prime shipping and am back to what I love. Normal shipping with ShipStation! ShipStation has not paid for this endorsement! One day I will go back to Prime, but only when my business warrants it. Oh, and another thing, the ShipStation background app plays nice. The Amazon printer app is obnoxious.
