Adding funds

I'm trying to add funds to my shipping account,this is what I get: 
Unable to purchase postage. Reason: SUSPEND 
I called the bank,there is nothing wrong with the card,what now?

  The error you're receiving here is being generated by your Carrier- postage provider-  and is in reference to your account status. Typically, this indicates that some information on your Carrier account needs to be verified or updated. In order to do so, you'll want to reach out to them directly.
