AnsweredThe new CAPTCHA click on the pictures thing when logging in is extremely annoying. Is there any way to by-pass this or avoid it all together?

Thanks this update. I am happy to hear this is no longer happening to you.
Right now we are revamping the Community and a big part of that is having a dedicated Community Moderator. I am currently going through posts to make sure that all posts are given answers where needed(even if they might be a bit delayed).
Looking forward to seeing you around the Community!

For software with a mission specifically to make our lives more efficient, this Captcha annoyance is more than minor.
Tech support is blaming Google for the criteria, but I'm logging in from the same IP and same computer - I should never be Captcha'd and no other software is doing this to me.
It should be removed until it works properly or go to some other system to prevent hacking. ie. IP tracking and 3 strike time-outs would work perfectly fine.

Hey guys,
Thank you all for your posts and for starting this discussion. I have some information to provide that might help clear things up a little bit. I can totally see where you are coming from and how this might impact your workflows.
When reCAPTCHA is working the way it is intended you should rarely have to interact with it, however, there are a few reasons you might be seeing this more frequently. A few notable causes would be browser extensions that block information sending, using a private browser or incognito window, and using an unsupported or out of date browser.
Learn more about this and how you can remedy it here: ShipStation Capabilities FAQ
*it is under the header Why do I keep getting the reCaptcha when I log in?*
If you have already reviewed this article and attempted the listed recommendations but are still having the reCAPTCHA pop up every time, I would recommend opening a case with our support team.
