    The main difference between Zapier and Connex for Quickbooks is that Connex for Quickbooks is specifically designed for Quickbooks whereas Zapier is a workflow automation tool that can connect with over 500 different apps.

    I honestly would say the best way to find out which one works best for you would be to do a trial with both and see which one you prefer. Hands-on experience is going to be the most accurate way to isolate the pros and cons for your specific workflow.
