Anyone besides me having problem connecting walmart today?

    Hi Brian, 

    Thanks for this post and for being a member of our Community. I see this was posted around May, that was the month when  ShipStation's original authentication method for Walmart stores ended on May ended and we notified all Walmart users to reconfigure to use the Client ID and Secret client by August 28th.  


    I know that during this time there had been some reports of some bumps during this transition, but they were addressed by Walmart and ShipStation. If you need additional information about updating credentials in the future, don't be afraid to review this guide: Walmart.


    Also good to remember that once you regenerate your Client ID and Secret, there can be a delay while your new client ID and Secret propagate and are updated in the system. During this time we recommend using CSV import in the meantime to make sure you don't fall behind.  If you need a refresher you check out How to import orders from CSV.
